We sail out of Maxwell’s Boatyard. 135 Pearl Street, Noank CT. Look for the driveway on the left, just past Abbott’s Lobster.

Boarding involves stepping from the dock to the boat with some uneven surfaces. Depending on the tide, there may be 2–3 foot step and ladder. Please reach out prior to your sail should you have any questions or concerns.

Yes, snacks and beverages are encouraged! Our boat is equipped with a refrigerator, cups and koozies. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. Smoking is not permitted on board.

Plan to arrive to the dock at the time of your scheduled sail, ready to board. Parking is free but please limit your party to 1-2 cars.

The weather can be cooler on the water, we encourage you to bring layers and comfortable shoes. There is a bathroom on land and a head on board.

No, we provide a life jacket for everyone on board. Children 12 years and under are required to wear a life jacket while aboard, per CT law.

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to reserve your charter. If you need to cancel, your $25 deposit will be held as a credit toward a future charter within 12 months.

If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us directly. We understand that unexpected situations arise and are happy to review requests on a case-by-case basis.

We can accomodate up to 6 passengers (not including our captain / crew). Children and infants are counted towards the 6 passenger limit. We ask that any child under 12 is accompanied by an adult.

Safety and enjoyment are our top priorities. Should there be suspicion for inclement weather, We will contact you within 24-hours of your scheduled departure time. If the captain cancels due to inclement weather, you will receive full refund for your deposit or can elect to apply this deposit towards a future sail.
